Fun Beverages

One Sunday evening my children wanted me to make something for them. The traditional Sunday treat is going out for ice cream however, that day there was left over chocolate ice cream in the refrigerator so I decided to do milkshakes.

This was one of my ideas and was not copied from any other site/recipe. Was simple and did not take much time to prepare this pretty milkshake. Once you have an imagination you can really have fun with this and it is easy enough to have the kids involved

Fancy Chocolate Milkshake

Recipe: Makes Two Large Servings/4 Small Servings

Ingredients:

2 Scoops of Chocolate Ice Cream (any brand)
3/4 Cup of Milk (preferred choice)

Instructions:

Place ice cream and milk into blender, blend until well combined. Depending on how thick or think you like the consistency you can add or take away from milk measurement.

Now for the fun part, I used store bought cream cheese frosting for the rim of the glass. Ensure the glass is dry then hold the rim of the glass upside down, about an inch of the rim can be covered. Then use sprinkles for final touches.

NB: Your preference of frosting (buttercream frosting etc.) and decoration ( grounded cookies or candy) can be used to substitute.

What other options would you like to know about?
